Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion without explanation (before payment). Disrespectful behavior will lead to immediate cancellation.

No Prepayment: I feel uncomfortable taking payment in advance. I give you time to change your mind while you wait in queue, but I cannot refund you after payment. PAYMENT AFTER SKETCH/COLOR (depending on the type of work). Advance payment is taken in rare situations when it is absolutely necessary.

Methods: Payment via LavaTop, (supports Cards/PayPal) or Hipolink (If the first method fails, I'll charge you an additional fee. Only cards are available).

Deadline for Payment: Acceptable to wait for payment for no more than a week.

Payment Plans: For amounts over $120/€100, payment in installments is permitted. (Please ask in advance)

No Refunds: Due to regional banking restrictions, I do not offer refunds. Please be certain before you buy.

NO DEADLINE: Due to health, I cannot predict how long your wait will be, it's always at least a month and a half.

Rush Orders: I don't draw faster for an extra fee. YCHs from auctions follow a fixed deadline, which is specified for each one individually.

Privacy: If you want the work to remain private (not posted anywhere), a +50% fee applies. This must be requested in advance.

References: Please provide clear and readable character references. I can also ask you additional questions if necessary.

WIPs: I will send updates at the sketch stage. You can ask for WIPs at any time. Please do not publish it without notice.

Sketch Stage: Reasonable and small edits are free. 1 complete redrawing of the idea is allowed.

Post-Sketch Edits: I clean up the sketch or make a line, make a flat color. Please check the sketch thoroughly. After that I WILL MERGE THE LAYERS

Final Result: You will receive a high-quality digital file (3000px+).

No Source Files: I do not provide .PSD, .IPV, or other layered files. I only add layers if I'm creating a keyframe animation/V-Tube model of your character. In .PSD format.
